Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver our services. That means: (a) information you give us directly through the quote form, by email or by telephone — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number, building address, square footage and the details of your enquiry; (b) information created during a client relationship, such as service schedules, site access notes, invoices and payment records; and (c) limited technical information collected automatically when you browse this website, such as pages visited, approximate region, referring website, browser type and device type.
How the quote form works
The quote form on our contact page does not transmit data to a database or a third-party marketing platform. When you press send, your browser opens your own email application with the details pre-filled so that you send the message directly to us. Nothing is stored on this website's server, and no copy is created until you actually send the email.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations; to deliver, schedule and invoice contracted services; to maintain security, key control and access records at client sites; to comply with tax, insurance, employment and other legal obligations; and — only where you have accepted optional cookies — to understand in aggregate how visitors find and use this website.

How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the life of the contract and for seven years afterwards, to satisfy tax, insurance and contractual limitation requirements. Website analytics data, where collected, is retained for a maximum of 14 months in aggregated form.
Security
Information is stored on access-controlled systems protected by encryption in transit, strong authentication and least-privilege access. Paper records containing client information are kept in a locked office at our Indianapolis address. Employees with access to client information are trained on confidentiality and are bound by it as a condition of employment.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive your information in a portable format. Do Not Sell or Share
WECB Facility Services does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
Children
This website and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Our services are provided in the United States and our systems are hosted there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.
