Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This includes text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, a logical heading structure, visible focus indicators, keyboard operability throughout, and layouts that reflow without loss of content at 200% zoom.
Specific measures
The site uses semantic HTML landmarks, a skip-to-content link, descriptive link text, labelled form fields, ARIA attributes only where native semantics are insufficient, and respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference by disabling animation for visitors who request it.
Known limitations
The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and we cannot guarantee its internal accessibility. Our full postal address is always available as plain text alongside it so no information is only available through the map.
